Beta Participation Note

BetterFlip is currently an invited beta. This note explains what participation involves in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What you are joining

You are joining an early cohort testing BetterFlip's financial management and responsible gambling features before general availability. Features may be incomplete, unstable, unavailable, or changed without notice. Data, calculations, categorizations, and Omega responses may contain errors.

Feedback expectations

We ask cohort members to answer the same five MVP questions around day 3 and day 7:

  1. What did you expect BetterFlip to help you do?
  2. What was the most useful part of the experience?
  3. What was confusing, missing, or difficult?
  4. Did anything change how you understood or acted on your finances or gambling activity?
  5. Would you keep using BetterFlip, and why or why not?

You may also report issues or offer feedback at any time by emailing support@betterflip.com.

Support targets

Our beta support target is a response within 1 business day. We target a same-day response for P1 issues, meaning critical incidents that prevent use of the service or create an immediate security or data-integrity risk. These are service targets for the beta, not guaranteed resolution times.

Data resets

Because this is a beta, BetterFlip may need to reset test, configuration, or account data before general availability. We will avoid resets where practical and communicate a material planned reset to affected cohort members. Do not use BetterFlip as your only record of financial information.

Leaving the beta and removing data

You may leave at any time. Email support@betterflip.com from your account email address and ask to leave or have your data deleted. We will action the request within the beta support SLA, remove your Plaid item, purge stored financial data, and suppress further cohort email as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

The beta and this note may change as we learn from the cohort. We will communicate material changes by email.
